The Site is operated by WWAI Technologies Pvt. Ltd., with its registered office at 2nd Floor, SCF-155, HUDA Market, Sector 9, Faridabad 121006, Haryana, India.
By using the Site you accept these Terms.

You may use the Site to learn about our services, submit an enquiry and access content we make publicly available. You agree not to:

- Attempt to probe, scan, breach or disrupt the Site's security;
- Scrape, crawl or extract data from the Site in volume that burdens our infrastructure, except as permitted by our robots policy;
- Impersonate any person or submit false information in enquiries;
- Reverse engineer, decompile or copy our proprietary code.

All content on the Site — including the WWAI name and marks, text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software and the design — is owned by WWAI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and link to pages on the Site for personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.
3. Enquiries
Information you submit through the contact form is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting an enquiry does not by itself create an engagement; any services we agree to provide will be governed by a separate written agreement.
4. Third-party links and content
The Site may link to third-party websites or embed third-party content (for example, Google Maps). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
5. Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of these Terms will not exceed ₹10,000.

You agree to indemnify WWAI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. against any losses or claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Dispute resolution
Before escalating any dispute, you agree to first contact us at admin@wwaitech.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.
If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of that notice, it will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties. The seat and venue of arbitration will be Faridabad, Haryana. The language of arbitration will be English. The award will be final and binding on both parties.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to Section 9 above, the courts at Faridabad, Haryana will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

For complaints or notices under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 or the DPDP Act, 2023, please contact our Grievance Officer listed in the Privacy Policy.
